Compared to other cereals, buckwheat contains more vitamin B, amino acids, iron, copper and vitamins P, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. Buckwheat is also useful for young children, and it is especially advised to use it in case of iron deficiency in the body. To prepare buckwheat, you must first rinse it, then add it to a large amount of cold water, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat. Green buckwheat

- Buckwheat is a very healthy cereal, which can also be called a symbol of abundance, because it has a lot of fiber and few calories, so it helps to lose weight. As a real superfood, buckwheat increases muscle strength and endurance, helps digestion, and also has an anti-inflammatory effect. Green buckwheat is an excellent source of B vitamins, as well as magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, calcium, and selenium in a form that is well absorbed by the body. Unlike other whole grains, green buckwheat has a low glycemic index, which makes it better tolerated and absorbed by people with blood sugar problems. Buckwheat is also a healthy food for young children, and it is especially recommended to eat buckwheat for iron deficiency. Green buckwheat is produced as follows: first, buckwheat grains are mechanically removed from the husk, then they are sorted, foreign bodies and dust are removed, after which they are ready for cooking. Buckwheat grains are greenish in color and taste like nuts. Green buckwheat is also suitable for sprouting. Food made from it makes you feel full for a longer time. It is prepared in the same way as ordinary buckwheat, i.e., first washed and then boiled for 10-15 minutes (add salt to taste). You can also put green buckwheat in the water in the evening so that there is 1 cm more water, and leave to stand. By morning, the water will be absorbed into the grains and they can be eaten immediately.

Wordline is an Estonian company that was founded already in 1997. In our first years we delivered groats to di&erent food producers and packagers. Six years later we started packaging, for which we bought a high-quality packaging machine. In the same year we introduced our brand ***** which has easily found its way to consumers.
Today we provide for both HoReCa and di&erent food producers in Estonia and other countries. Additionally, our clients include different local, Finnish and Latvian supermarkets. To this day our main operation is still import, export and packaging of groats. We are also thinking about the sweet tooths among us by offering different muffins, cakes and other treats.
In 2018 we bought a fully automatic packaging line which helps us offer more modern packages that also use less materials. It is part of our more eco-friendly approach that is supported by our cooperation with the recycling company TVO. With them, we recycle packages at least five times. We want to hold our community, workers and, most importantly, the nature around us so that it will keep holding us as well.
