We are an enterprise for the production of commercial equipment and the design of rolling mills.
The plant occupies a leading position in the market for the development and manufacture of metal profiles and shelving systems in Ukraine and belongs to the number of closed-cycle enterprises and has its own production facilities and a transport and logistics service.
All products of the company are certified according to international quality standards and are manufactured on the equipment of our own production.
The company has several patents for its own developments.
Manufactured products:
- Warehouse racks, pallet racks, shelf racks, cantilever racks, mezzanine racks on columns (platforms), self-supporting pre-fabricated warehouse (height up to 12,000 mm, load per section up to 24,000 kg, frontal racks, drive-in racks and mezzanine racks in the warehouse)
- Trading and warehouse equipment:
- DIY equipment - for home improvement and renovation outlets, DIY stores,
- Cash & Carry racks - for delivery, storage, processing, demonstration, as well as the sale of goods through the trading system of construction stores and hypermarkets CASH & CARRY,
- Platform trolleys (warehouse and building materials trolleys) are widely used in warehouses, production workshops, terminals, shops for transporting various goods.
- Roll-containers - is a shipping container that serves to protect goods of different weights, volumes and shapes from damage during transportation and cargo handling,
- Mesh containers - consist of a welded mesh fence and a wooden pallet, equipped with a folding side, which facilitates quick access to the cargo in the container, regardless of the tier,
- Frames - used for stacked storage of various cargoes, they are made depending on the length and height of the cargo (pipes, mineral wool, tires, etc.), while calculating the possibility of installation in tiers, the number of tiers and the load on each tier.
- Electric-welded straight-seam square, rectangular, flat-oval, round steel pipes are used in domestic metal structures, in public utilities, in the engineering industry, because they have good performance characteristics
- Paternosters - an automated system for vertical storage and demonstration of linoleum, carpet, PVC film, etc. - is a stand designed for 10-26 rolls (max Ø 650 mm), for linoleum / carpet they are made for all standard rolls: 2 m; 2.5 m; 3m; 3.5 m; 4 m; 4.5 m; 5 m
- Supports for vineyards and orchard trees, rows of vine poles with wire, installed along vine bushes, called espaliers and are a galvanized profile with stamped hooks for hanging wire, supports are sold in batches of 5000 pieces, the service life of the anti-corrosion coating is 50-70 years; ease of installation and replacement; light weight; allow the introduction of mechanization for the care of plantations
Grape columns have already been installed in the vineyards of Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Russia, Germany, Lebanon.
Production capacity:
- Areas for metal dissolution, machining, profiling, stamping and punching, welding production area,
- Powder coating area, consisting of automatic and semi-automatic production lines.
- Own base for storage of finished products and a constantly replenished metal warehouse. The production uses its own high-precision rolling equipment, which ensures high quality and manufacturability of products, speed of order fulfillment
